Refund policy

These are common questions at Inside N Beyond:

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed (sent to our supplier for shipment) within 24-48 hours. You should receive most products within 2-3 weeks if you reside within the US and 5-6 if outside. If you have not received your product within that time, please contact us so we can track your package.

What if I get my product and am not satisfied with it?
That's no problem at all! We understand this happens from time to time. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on all retail products within the first 30 days as long as there's no damage to the product. We do not refund shipping. Before returning the product, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Do your products have a warranty?
Besides offering only great quality items we back them up with a 30-day factory guarantee. If there is any defect we'll be happy to replace it for you. For additional questions just send us an email to: customersupport@insidenbeyond.com.
